- The Jordan family moved to Wilmington North Carolina when Michael. He loved baseball and basketball.
- He played basketball at Lanny high school.
- Michael Jordan started at The University of North Carolina in 1981.
- Michael Jordan won the national championship in 1982. He made the game-winning shot.
- The Chicago Bulls selected Michael Jordan 3rd in the 1984 NBA draft.
- Michael Jordan won the Olympic gold medal in 1984.
- Michael signed his first contract with the Chicago Bulls for 6 million dollars. Nike paid Michael 2.5 million dollars and ever pair of Air Jordan’s sold.
- In 1985 Michael won Rookie of the Year award.
- In 1991 the Chicago Bulls won the NBA championship by beating the Lakers.
- In 1992 the Chicago Bulls won the NBA championship by beating the Trail Blazers.
- In 1993 the Chicago Bulls won the NBA championship by beating the Suns.
